Our lives often resemble the busy buzz of bees, flitting from one task to another or from one fleeting joy to the next. This frenetic pace can indeed become quite exhausting. The inspiration to create my latest piece, featuring the serene image of a sleeping bee, came after a gentle stroll with my husband in his new temporary wheelchair.

This experience served as a poignant reminder of the importance of self-care and the need to nurture those we cherish, especially during demanding times. It's perfectly acceptable to pause, take a nap, or simply breathe. The world will not crumble in our absence; it often feels steadier when we allow ourselves these moments of respite.

Remember, everything is temporary. Take a breath, regroup, don't hesitate to seek assistance, and continue your journey. Kia kaha, my friends.
